Made-to-Order No Refund Policy.

 

 IMPORTANT: Each item is made to order and we contract with manufacturers that are closer to you to reduce ship time and carbon footprint, once you place an order we cannot make any modifications or cancellation.  The order is automatically redirected to the fulfillment printer closest to your location and they do not allow for changes or cancellations once they have received the order. Please text us via our messenger chat +1-808-722-0969 IMMEDIATELY after placing an order if there was a mistake with your address or size. 

 Please make sure to check the size guide for each item and order the correct size and color that you want.  

 Please make sure your address is correct. If you mistype your address please immediately text our Customer Support via text only at +1-808-722-0969 (is a text only service/computer chat line) and message the correct address. 

If you input an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if your building refuses the item and it is mailed back you have four days before the contracting print manufacturer donates the item to their local charity.  Please double check you have the full and complete address. There are NO REFUNDS for items that were returned as undeliverable. 

**UPDATE FROM 2020 and continuing on unless otherwise noted (still in effect as of June 20th, 2023) COVID supply chain issues are still causing some delays of around 10-15 for some areas and even worse some items arrive in plastic, although mostly always recycled plastic ***Please recycle and reuse packaging and items at appropriate nearby facilities. Check out the documentary by scanning the QR code on the recycled packaging. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE? 

Unfortunately, we make our clothing items cut and sewn to order size and cannot accept or manage exchanges due to the small staff in support of this non-profit benefit line and the contracting printers for reduced carbon emissions due to shipping. Please check the size chart carefully.  If you just dont fit an item we suggest gifting it to a friend or donating it to charity.  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

WHILE MOST PACKAGES WILL ARRIVE ON TIME, THERE MAY BE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL (NATURAL DISASTERS, HOLIDAYS, WEATHER, ETC) AND DELAYS THAT OUR CARRIERS MAY EXPERIENCE. FOR THIS REASON, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DELIVERY TIME.  Production starts within less than 24 hours, usually within less than 8 hours (7 days a week) so that we can get it to you as fast as possible.  If we are out of stock of a blank or material this will cause a delay. If you are waiting more than 7-10 days for a domestic order please text 1-808-722-0969 with your order number to inquire about its status. If you're international you can check but items can be held in customs as long as any country government agency wishes to keep it. 

**PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES MAY APPLY IN EUROPE/UK/MEXICO/KOREA/JAPAN/CHINA/AUSTRALIA, ETC.  They may be more common with orders of a value greater than $25. We are NOT responsible and will not reimburse andy customs tax that your country may impose but we work with international manufacturers to limit our carbon footprint and avoid these fees as much as we can. If you do not wish to pay the customs fee's your item may be returned to the manufacturer and the cost of reshipping must be paid for within 7 days in order to reship it and there will again be a customs charge. Failure to claim and pay for a reshipment within 7 days will result in the refused items being donated by the contracted manufacturer and no refund will be issued. 

Here at ONE OCEAN DESIGNS, allproducts are made to order so once the order is accepted to be printed by one of the contracted manufacturers than unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 

 Clothing Orders from within the U.S. will normally arrive 5-12 days after purchasing - depending on location.**Unless the blank is on back stock. All manufacturers work as fast as they can as safely as they can given the restrictions for social distancing now required by some manufacturers. 

 

CLOTHING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. WILL NORMALLY ARRIVE 7-20 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING**. After your clothing order is placed your items will go into production -  at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. Once your order has shipped though, we will be sending you an email to let you know and then you can track your order.

 US Standard Shipping Times - allow 3-5 days after leggings are finished in production. International Shipping Times take 2 - 3 Weeks after production times. 

 DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

Please be advised the shipping fees do not include duty charges. Duty fees change from country to country which made it hard for us to account for it. 

 Prices revealed on your respective receipt may be different from what you ordered but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices to help minimize tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS WILL THEY ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

Some of our products actually ship from different printers based on materials and printing methods so when you order multiple items at a time some of our items are shipped separately. We try our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. 

If you get one item before the others, RELAX and don't worry. We will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.
